DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

We accept all major payment methods. For CashApp or Apple Pay options, please contact us directly. A 50% deposit is available for orders over $500, with the balance due before final files are delivered. Orders below $500 require full payment upfront.

 

All payments are non-refundable.

Final project files will only be sent once the full balance has been received. Clients with unpaid balances will not receive their final files until the remaining amount is paid in full.

 

Invoices may be edited one (1) time only. After that, if changes are still required, clients must place a new order directly through the website. Please be clear and prepared before requesting an invoice.

 

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times are calculated in business days only (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included. 

 

  • Standard turnaround for designs is approximately 14–21 business days.

  • Bundle orders require a minimum of 4 weeks turnaround.

  • Rush services are available for flyer and motion graphic orders only (additional fee applies). Rush services for websites, bundles, or branding packages are not available.

  • Turnaround time will officially start from the moment of receiving all information and files regarding the project. Not from the moment of purchase. Please make sure you send over all information and files regarding your project as soon as possible.

 

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client response times, and revisions.

❗ We cannot guarantee exact finish dates. Changes, updates, or revisions will extend the timeline.

 

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available once work has begun. If you wish to cancel, please notify MGRAFX DESIGNS immediately. No refunds will be provided for canceled projects.

 

Returning to a previously completed project for revisions will incur a reopen fee. Major design concept changes require a new service to be booked.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

Timely communication is critical for project success.

All communications will be conducted via email. Please use one (1) email address for all communication.

 

  • Response time: Please allow 24–48 business hours for email replies.

  • No responses will be provided during weekends, unless you are a retainer client.

  • Retainer clients receive priority for design projects and communication.

 

If there is no communication for 10 consecutive days, the project will be placed on hold. A project reopen fee will apply to resume.

If design drafts are sent and no response is received within 10 business days, the project will also be placed on hold.

 

If you have multiple questions or need detailed discussion, please book a consultation call.

 

 

CONSULTATION CALLS

  • Consultation calls are held via Zoom in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Clients must join the call within 15 minutes. No-shows after 15 minutes will have their call canceled.

  • Failure to show up for two (2) consultation calls will result in termination of booking privileges.

 

 

PROJECT START & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects will begin once the New Project Form is submitted and all required materials are received (images, measurements, inspiration, payment, etc.).

 

  • Clients have 10 days to complete the New Project Form after purchase.

  • No designs will start without the completed form.

  • If purchasing through the website, the form will be available after checkout.

  • If paying via invoice, the New Project Form link will be sent separately.

 

Failure to complete the form within 10 days will result in the project being paused.

 

 

FILE DELIVERY & REVISIONS

Final files will be delivered via a Google Drive folder link and will remain available for 90 days.

Please download all files promptly, as files will be deleted after 90 days.

 

Each project includes up to three (3) complimentary revisions.

Any additional revisions will incur a revision fee, regardless of size.

 

Rush services (with an additional fee) are available for flyer and motion graphic designs only. Rush orders for websites, bundle deals, or full branding packages are not available.

 

 

SCOPE CHANGES

If the scope of a project changes after work has begun, additional fees and timeline extensions may apply.

 

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Stop requesting constant updates. Updates will be provided once there is progress to share.

  • Rushing your project will not make it faster. Book accordingly and plan ahead.

  • Be specific with your design inspirations. Terms like “fluffy,” “pop,” or “bold” are subjective. Please explain clearly. Designers cannot read minds.

  • Be payment-ready when requesting invoices. If paying by deposit, please specify upfront, otherwise invoices will be sent in full.
