What’s included in the retainer?

Each plan covers a set number of graphics and services per month (social media graphics, flyers, packaging, website banners, product mockups, etc.). All retainers include: Priority delivery (your projects move to the front of the line) Monthly check-in/strategy meeting Direct communication for revisions and updates Access to all à la carte design services within your plan
Is there a contract or commitment?

Yes. All retainers require a 2-month minimum commitment to secure your spot. After that, you can continue month-to-month or upgrade/downgrade as needed.
What is a monthly retainer?

Payments are set up on auto-billing at the start of each month. This secures your design slot and keeps everything running smoothly.

Retainer clients get priority, meaning faster delivery times than one-off projects. Exact turnaround depends on the complexity of your request, but most designs are delivered within 2–5 business days.
What if I need more than what’s in my package?

You can always request add-on services at your exclusive retainer client rate.
